Leads the daily operations of multiple casual dining restaurants, conducting regular visits to all branches to ensure seamless operations. Plans, organizes, develops, directs, supervises, and control the activities of the brand within the guidelines of profitability, leadership, growth and discipline with direct responsibility for development. Ensures customer satisfaction through implementing effective management controls of food and beverage with quality services. Implements and monitors the brand’s strategy in the market to maximize sales and profit and quality control through the print and installation process.


University degree in Hospitality Management or similar field from a recognized university 2 7-9 years of experience in the food and beverage industry of which 3 years are in a senior management role
