The Brand Manager should have strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to adapt. Should be focused, committed, highly organized and able to demonstrate a sense of urgency to drive the execution of results. Responsible for maintaining the brand image and ensuring the brand standards/ merchandising guidelines/ core and ethical values are maintained. He should work supporting the in store visual teams to deliver an outstanding in-store shopping experience through consistently high sales, floor standards and deliver this through coaching and developing a highly motivated team, and acting as a visual role model for the stores and wider business. Proficient with merchandise planning. The ability to track and monitor stock. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility in work schedule as required by operational needs. Ability to work in an ever-changing environment with efficiency and accuracy must have a positive attitude can do attitude, strong analytical skills, and pay attention to detail.


Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a similar role
Arabic is an advantage, English fluency is essential for the role
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
