Chou Chou

The Chef De Cuisine is responsible for supporting the Executive Chef with creating menus and designing corresponding recipes pertaining to the savory items. He/ She will also manage all kitchen employees, including waiters, bussers etc. The Chef De Cuisine will track the kitchen’s inventory, place orders, monitor equipment maintenance and condition, and ensures that a kitchen operates alongside legislative health and safety practises.


  • Must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience 
  • Should have previous experience with international contemporary food and a creative flair
