Climbing Wall Instructor

The Climbing Wall Instructor provides assistance to climbers by determining the eligibility of individuals to use the climbing wall, teaching/demonstrating proper use of climbing equipment (harnesses, belay devices, shows, etc.). Supervising the daily activities at the climbing wall to provide a safe and friendly climbing environment for customers to enjoy the benefits of indoor climbing. Inspects visually the equipment and facility during opening and closing of wall and report any problems immediately to management.  Provides supervision of climbing wall participants to include belaying and spotting climbers.

• Must possess a Climbing Wall Instructor (CWI) certification
