Oversee the operations of the kiosk to ensure profitability in line with the sales plan. Ensure adherence of company procedures including those pertaining to security, visual merchandizing and stock control. Manage and supervise sales advisors providing coaching and mentoring in areas required including product knowledge, sales and customer service. Maintain outstanding customer service delivery through ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience within a Jewellery retail environment
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role
