Abd El Wahab
Supervises and coordinates activities of food preparation, kitchen, pantry and purchases or requisitions foodstuffs and kitchen supplies. Aids in the planning of menus, preparing and apportioning foods, and utilizing food surpluses and leftovers. Directs and oversees kitchen personnel to ensure quality and hygiene standards are adhered to, providing assistance as and when required.
Must possess experience working with Arabic cuisine
Must have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role
