Description:

Proposes store budget in collaboration with Area Manager, in terms of sales and economic goals (costs, revenues, stock level, inventory discrepancies) and identifies required actions to achieve that. Forecasts sales, with respect of assigned goals and interacts with Product and Supply Chain Departments throughout commercial planning. Analyzes store local market, detecting own customers’ preferences and monitoring present and potential competitors. Guarantees commercial and organizational management of the store by monitoring the main KPIs (sales, stock, inventorial discrepancies, markup, refunds; analyses gaps from assigned targets and promotes suitable actions to ensure goal achievement. Ensures proper store management in terms of: warehouse and goods delivery organization, departments replenishment, qualitative checks, refunds and complaints handling, control of and prevention of inventorial discrepancies. Organizes and manages scheduled commercial actions and promotions, ensuring the execution of planned activities. Ensures optimal goods display, in collaboration with Visual Merchandiser and according with defined display criteria and store required rotation, by changing the layout in order to increase sales and store profitability; regularly updates space allocation report. Guarantees store image is compliant with OVS corporate image, in accordance to display criteria, corporate and commercial policies in terms of customer service, courtesy and proactivity of the staff, store cleaning and tidiness. Ensures implementation and respect of legal provisions and corporate procedures in terms of people and goods security and corporate assets protection. Supervises cash operations and ensures respect of values withdrawal and deposit procedures. Organizes and manages store personnel, assures sales areas control, identifies priorities and promotes sales-oriented behaviour. Ensures sales personnel management according to corporate goals and strategies and pursues engagement, cohesion and professional growth; proposes and implement actions aimed to professional standard improvement. Nurtures customer culture and plays an active role – when needed – in customer care and cash activities. Contributes to sales people training, by identifying needs and promoting training sessions; he/she ensures proper feedback process. Manages store HR by liaising with public relation officer, ensuring respect of legal and contract standards and corporate regulation.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 years’ experience in a similar role
Arabic is an advantage, English fluency is essential for the role
Diploma or Degree Holder
